This product is very good quality and priced correctly in my opinion. Assembly is straight forward and the supplied spanners are good. The adjustable settings provide smooth rotation throughout. The pedals are also very free and smooth running. The digital display is clear and easy to see. The unit is heavy but it needs to be for stabilty and to make sure all your effort goes into pedeling. It is very very quiet in operation. I bought this because I have an incomplete Spinal Chord injury caused by Stage 4 Cancer. At the moment I am a Wheelchair user. This will help me to get my lower body co-ordination and Leg muscle strength back. Also it will improve my Cardio Vascular system. Which being Wheelchair bound is very important. I have just spent 10 minutes on it at the lowest setting and could feel my heart rate go up. Also my Legs feel warmer so the Blood is getting circulated better. As far as a rehabilitation device goes this is worth every penny. Anybody who spends a lot of time sitting, can definately benefit from one.

This is a sturdy well manufactured machine. Courier delivered on time in Amazon packaging. Inside, in its own Niceday box, the exercise cycle was well protected and included clear instructions on usage and assembly with two well made spanners to assist with fixing the pedals and foot bars. This was straight forward. The bike is a good weight and does not move when pedalling fast. It is silent, no squeaking. The monitor is easy to read. Have used every day for six weeks with no problems. My mobility was not good because of sciatica and I needed to exercise more to strengthen legs and for weight control - this machine has helped me greatly in keeping my weight steady (after achieving weight loss) and I am also getting more mobile as legs get stronger. Well worth its price.

As previous reviews, very sturdy, yes it's heavy(ish) but with an internal flywheel it will be. But, the top carry handle makes it easy to lift and move. Normal exercise bikes have an uncomfy saddle for us oldies whereas this one allows pedalling from a comfy armchair. My only gripe, as with others, is that we don't have a MPH or miles option. All in kilometers these days that mean nothing to me.

I bought this for an elderly friend to help strengthen his legs as he's not able to walk far. He really enjoys using it and now pedals away happily at a leisurely pace for up to an hour each day. So far his legs are improving as is his circulation - he was complaining of 'cold legs' before, a sure sign that blood isn't circulating as well as it might. It's also helping to reduce some swelling he had in one foot due again to poor circulation. He's very happy to have a means of getting exercise indoors as winter approaches. So far no complaints on the build quality, It's a sturdy item, feels well built and doesn't feel cheap. We will see how long it lasts with daily use but it feels like it should last a long time. It's used on a carpeted floor and so far haven't had any issues with it moving out of position. It was very easy to put together and came supplied with two spanners for tightening the nuts for the feet and pedals. There was one very minor issue with one of the pedal straps which I contacted the seller about, they were very responsive and helpful. They kindly sent a complete replacement pair of pedals which arrived a few days later which was more than they needed to do. One of the best things about it is the resistance is not provided by means of a roller pressing against the flywheel, when you stop pedalling the wheel continues to 'coast' for a little bit then stops instead of coming to a dead stop. This gives the feeling you're building up a little momentum instead of constantly fighting against a roller pressed against a wheel. The maximum resistance level is not very high, my friend started off immediately on the highest level of resistance and seems happy at that but a little more resistance would give a bit more of a workout. The digital readout is useful and easy to use. Overall very happy with the purchase and glad I didn't go for one of the cheaper options.

Brilliant Exercise Bike. Functionality very good, Excellent value for money, very sturdy & stability good, weight not too heavy so as to cause a problem. I would recommend this exercise bike 100% and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

After reading the reviews and reading up on the specs provided by the supplier I decided to purchase this machine as I was in hospital for seven weeks and need to rebuild my leg muscles. The machine is very well built and very solid, the machines weight is 10.5KG this helps the machine from moveing forward as you pedal on laminate floor you can also use a non slip mat. The machine was very packed and came with spanners and AAA batteries for display. The machine has a solid frame and the handle for lifting the machine is wide and comfortable to grip. The display is easy to use and has a large display. The tension control is easy to grip. The foot pedals are large and the stirrups are adjustable, I heave large and wide feet size 13 and have no trouble fitting the stirrups. The supplier provided two spanners and a set of AAA batteries for the display, also provided a well laid out user manual. The assembly of the machine is straight forward but take care when fitting the pedals the left and right have cards showing our to correctly fit. The feet bars are again solidly built and have very good rubber feet that helps stop movement when in use, when using the machine I found it vert quite and smooth to use. I will do a further review in a month or so.
