Great book!
Excellent book! It's full of very useful and practical information.

Incorrect examples
The first pattern in the book is the Abstract Factory pattern. Instead of giving an example of this, he instead shows an example of abstract inheritance. If someone were to use the author's example in an interview, the job would certainly be lost.

Great Reference book!
Before now, I was not really familiar with C++ or the different patterns used. This book actually lays out different types of design patterns, how to implement them, includes great examples on how to use them, and much more. It is laid out in a way you will understand and will help you with different questions you might have had about the different patterns.Take a look at it! It may help you out!

Adequate but expensive for what it is
Provides adequate examples of different design patterns. Page layout and formatting could do with some work, the pages look as if they use a default MS Word format. The phrasing can be a little confusing. At 50 pages long, with a lot of that being C++ code, the price is quite steep as the reader can easily access C++ example code for free from many websites online.
