This lemon balm is the best. It tastes great is very potent. The bottle is a good size and the price is great compared to others. This stuff really helps when I'm feeling anxious!I take a half dropper each day, but in moments of high anxiety I'll take a full dropper or 2 and it totally helps me calm down.
