Poor first shipment, dead in 3 wks. Top notch customer service!
I ordered the 4” rooted and pitted plant, and it arrived very quickly. As I opened the box the plant was wrapped well, but there was still soil around the bottom of the box. As I “unwrapped” the plant I accidentally knocked it over, and I was horribly shocked that I did not receive the 4” rooted-potted plant! I am glad I accidentally knocked it over! The plant looked a little sketchy after I removed the paper because the soil was extremely “fluffy” and very loose and looked to be just piled onto a bunch of cuttings stuck into a 4” pot. Well after tipping it over, that’s exactly what was revealed; a pile of cuttings with a few tiny white roots, about 0.5-1cm long, only on a few of the cuttings at that, then they scooped some fluffy soil onto them, packed it and shipped it!So being the avid succulent gardener that I am, I just “corrected the problem”, and planted them in the soil provided. I waited the 3 days before watering, that their paperwork accompanying the plant said to wait, especially since some of those looked to be “fresh” cuttings. However, after about a week I began to notice some of the dolphins begin to turn dark green and starting to wither; they cuttings were dying branch-by-branch and I had only watered it twice, the second time I didn’t saturate the soil as I knew the roots didn’t go down that far. When I had 1.5 branches still left “alive looking” I contacted the company to ask about their replacement/exchange/refund policy.Customer service was top notch!! They requested my amazon order number, at least 1 picture of my current plant situation and a description of the problem. Their reply to that was professional they apologized for this happening to me, apologized for the quality control issue, and asked what I would like to do from a few choices; replacement plant (same plant, same size, same shipping speed-no charge), refund of purchase price minus shipping cost, or replacement with different plant type (same size & shipping speed-no charge). I chose the first option as I really wanted this plant. It took a few days for them to reply to that, which seemed a bit too long, they asked if I had any other orders through their company waiting to ship so they could combine them. After replying no, they sent me a message a few days later saying that they were shipping my new plant and gave me the tracking number.Only issue with the customer service stuff was the couple of times I had to wait days between email replies, so it took about 2 weeks before they agreed to send me a new plant. And then the tracking number they gave me was the exact same tracking number on the amazon order number for my first plant. So after a week of waiting on the mail I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered already, but I recognized it was the original delivery. So I just decided to wait. It took 2 weeks for delivery, where originally it took 5 days even though it was on Prime.I have had the fully rooted, new plant for 3 weeks and watered twice. Pictures are from unboxing. It looks exactly the same today! I just repotted it yesterday to a slightly larger ceramic pot. I think it’s going to do well from here. I am grateful that customer service handled my problem well.Giving 3 stars due to original plant order was going to be a 1-star but customer service and the new plant brought that back up.

Not easy to grow at all. -New plant guy
Disclaimer: this plant sat in the mail box for about a week before I realized it had arrived…so maybe I was just off to a bad start from the jump but it has been a emotional roller coaster caring for this one. The images show when I first unboxed it, after caring for it for a couple weeks and then today. It’s considerably more bald. First it sat in the mail with no sunlight or oxygen for a week, so when I actually got I was over caring for it (overwatering, bright sunlight etc), then almost all the vines shriveled up &died and I found out this plant doesn’t like too much water, will burn is sunlight is too direct and is prone to root rot. Since learning this new info, I scaled back my water from weekly to biweekly and changed the location in the house and I don’t open the curtains (it’s right by the window &I was noticing the newest of growth was just starting to turn black). Now I have a solid two or three strands that I’m praying for but I do think I have the hang of it now. It’s is not a newbie plant. But a beautiful lil joint when exposed to sunlight more, that pink underside starts to come out more and you see the aesthetic potential this plant has.

Delayed but decently priced.
Great packaging and decently priced, unfortunately it took a while for it to arrive and it died on the way (possibly from cold since soil was still wet). Not sure if it took a lot longer for it to get to me since USPS was having a lot of delays. Hopefully you guys have better luck.

A very cute plant.
The thing about this plant it was not expensive and looks like easy care, the thing I gave it as a gift, so can’t answer much about it.

They keep dying!
Well this is our second plant we ordered. The first one was in summer and didn’t make it a week and the second was in fall and that lasted about a week and that one died too. First one we didn’t know the directions but the second we stuck to it to a T and both died.

Be gentle with the water!!
I have no green thumb. I killed the first one and ordered two more. Taking advice from friends seems to help. Been awhile and they’re still alive. One friend say to put and ice cube in the soil every other day. Another says to just dampen the soil with spray bottle every now and then. Seems to be working. New growth even!!

Perfect!
So funny story. I initially wanted to order the string of pearls but accidentally ordered the string of bananas. It came well packed and covered in tissue paper that was taped for protection. The pot was perfect and tiny but understandable considering the size i ordered. My plant is thriving Ive only had it i would say like 3 weeks and it’s thriving. I was nervous at first to order it considering the previous reviews. But i got lucky twice because I did order the string of pearls and it arrived perfect as well and it also thriving and growing!

Rotten Plants
Not only was my shipment a week late and was considered “lost” but both plants came in such a mess, more than half of either of them have rotted away. I’m really hoping I can bring them back.I am disappointed.
