I can’t swim at all and have always wanted to learn, but feared the water. Well I recently bought a home with a large pool and I was determined to enjoy the water. I thought this vest would atleast give me the confidence to let go of my fairly large pool noodles, and boy was I surprised! This vest held up and kept me afloat so well that I was confident enough to kick the noodle. I recommend this for anyone who loves the water but fears the possibility of drowning. I have used it 3 times and only had it a week. I am 125 lbs and 5’11. I went with the medium because there wasn’t a small and I’m still very satisfied. My boobs are fairly large so the medium firs comfortably. I will try to locate a small just to be sure that I have the absolute best fit, but I plan on keeping the medium as well. So happy with this product.
