Effective When Needed, With One Small Drawback I purchased Nature Made’s Melatonin 5 mg tablets for my family to use on occasion, and overall, we’ve had a good experience with them. Only used it for one night but helped so much. Also, with regular melatonin I feel as if I don't fall asleep as soon as I get tired it's wasted, but I fell asleep great even after staying up a little bit more.

Good quality and it works! There is no odor or aftertaste, appropriate size for swallowing, not too big, great value for the money!!

This Melatonin is the most effective I have tried. I go to sleep and stay asleep.

I doubled the dosage and it still didn't help 100%. It helped a little but I'm taking twice the dosage and I still wake up multiple times a night.

Don’t compare it with sleeping pills. Can be taken to improve sleep cycle or treat insomnia. Good thing is i don’t see any side effect.
