Great for high altitude yeast bread!!
The packaging they use is great. It was well sealed, no way was the bag going to tear or leak. You will want something else to put it in. The bag was quite large for the amount no flour in it but I think this really helps with shipping.To the flour itself. I make all my own breads, sourdough, burger buns, sandwich bread, pretzels, etc. I also live at very high altitude which has its own issues with yeast breads but a good tip is always to use at least some whole wheat flour when baking. This flour is MUCH lighter and fluffier than the dense whole wheat I standardly buy in the store (static and will stick the bag/ container). This texture leads to more airy bread which was a HIGE win for me. It has more texture to it though than standard whole wheat which made the sandwich bread and butter buns really great (just be aware your dough won't be as smooth as store bought processed wheat flour). This flour works more like a bread flour when baking than an all purpose flour, again good news for my use. I HIGHLY recommend thieir product and will likely purchase again.

Excellent
I made Navajo flatbread with it last night. It was fantastic. Have another receptacle ready, though. They send it in a really sturdy zip lock but that still didn't stop it from getting a little leak in the corner. No big deal but fair warning.

Flour Beetle Infested
The product was sent fast and packaged well but was full of flour beetles and had to be thrown away.

Makes great WW bread
I use an old Panasonic bread maker and have had mixed results with various brands of flour. My first loaf with this flour was great. The crust was crisp and crunchy and the insides fluffy and delicious. I did add two teaspoons of gluten, but I do that will all the bread I make unless the flour is specifically for bread, which usually has a higher gluten content.

Flour that has flavor!
I'm on my second 10-pound bag of this flour. It's so good that I didn't have any trouble using up ten pounds in a few months. I've never in my life had flour that has so much flavor. It's wonderful for yeast bread, beer bread, banana bread, and pancakes. And the biscuits I made were the best I've ever had or made. Highly recommend.

Wonderful for hearth breads
This is a great tasting flour and it surprised me for the affordable price. It’s a little coarse, so it adds a wonderful bite to breads. There’s none of the bitterness of some whole wheat flours. The package is the sturdiest I’ve seen, and it won’t burst open at shipping like some other flours. This is my go-to bread flour now.

Beautiful Flour
I sought out white whole wheat flour when the King Arthur brand I normally buy was no longer available due to Covid. It is a beautiful flour and bakes up like a dream. My 10 lb bag went quickly and I'm about to order more.
