The media could not be loaded. Great product, great value, gorgeous design, works well, had an issue with first model and the exchange was faster than a week to replace. As someone who makes his living with his computer and camera these things are imperative. I called Periphio for help and they had all my info from Amazon and exchanged it, didn't even attempt to take me down the wild goose-chase of lets try to fix it for the next hour or so. So far 5/5 stars and that is an honest review by someone who evem ran into complications. If you're looking for a good gaming or video-editing PC this is the best bang for your buck all day.

I absolutely love this PC, it's perfect for starting out or if you're on a budget! The PC as is can run most games at high settings, and if you want to run at higher settings then the most you'll end up really needing to replace is the graphics card. But all in all, great PC, its affordable, looks clean, and the side panel gives a nice clean look to the internals and easy access for if and when you do upgrade anything on it!

So immediately when I bought the computer I thought it was a great find, being $700 and all, have decent specs until I got it and it didn't turn on. I proceeded to be very unhappy, having looked and looked for a not very expensive but reliable Gaming PC. I returned it and they sent a new one. the new one arrived in a week and it proceeded to work. until it didn't. it started off with simple things like the taskbar at the bottom being frozen, and me not being able to open task manager. then it escalated.I found myself shutting off and restarting the PC hoping it was a one time thing. It wasn't. the PC wouldn't turn on. it made the error on my Monitor saying "Media Task Failure, Check Cables" and I don't find anything wrong with the wiring. The PC is dysfunctional. I sit there sitting on the ground, pouting because of the fact I can't even get anything to work.I try to hard reset the computer and wipe everything, because at this point I had Chrome, Steam and Discord Downloaded and that was all. nothing happened. it let me into the computer then around 10-15 seconds later, froze. then ERROR came up. I officially shut it off and will be refunding this product.DO NOT BUY FROM PERIPHIO.

I didn’t realize it would do more than red! So excited. My son loves it. Definitely recommend 16gb over the minimum required 8gb. Everything has ran so smooth. It didn’t come with a remote.... so I’d appreciate a price adjustment or a remote sent. It would DEF be 5 stars if it had come with all its parts. It is refurbished tho... so I guess that’s fair. It was in pristine condition and packaged very nicely. (Don’t let the picture quality fool you. I was zoomed in all the way across the room. It’s actually amazing quality.

this computer is powerful and is fast, looks cool and is easy to get up and running. The company who refurbish these computers BTG (Blair Tech Group) are wonderful people and are really easy to work with. Everything about this computer is just amazing for the price of it

I bought this for my son's first gaming PC. I am an IT professional, so I figured if things weren't as they were described, I could just make it right.The case looks nice, especially for a 12 year old boy. It's not of the best build by any means.The SSD was a budget SSD they used to save money I suppose. It was a "Super Talent" brand. It promptly died in a week. Yup... WIndows went all unstable and I replaced it with an Intel SSD. It's stable now. When I removed the drive from the cheap case... it stripped the crappy thin sheet metal hole that screwed the HDD carrier to the case.The mother board in mine was a Dell. Dell makes a nice mother board, but... this one was from 2013, it doesn't even have bluetooth onboard nor does it support USB 3.0. Yup 8 years old. Fortunately Dell does still support this MOBO, but I'm not sure for how much longer. As far as computers go... 8 years old is realllly old.These guys don't list exactly what you are getting. Yes, the specifications were accurate, but they pretty much salvage old machine parts and reuse them. I was looking for the most bang for my buck, kinda like a first car for the young man. I expected used but not used and almost end of lifetime. The machine is running fine today, although I did have to put 4 hours of time into it and the cost of a new SSD.I would not recommend these to just anyone, honestly. In retrospect it was not worth the price that I paid. It did arrive on time and safely. I don't attribute the SSD failure to shipping. If anything the extra spinner hard drive would have failed first. I'll see how my customer support call goes tomorrow before I rate that. I can only imagine what I'm in for.It's been said that all that glitters is not gold, in this case it wasn't even iron. I'll buy a new one the next time. Lesson learned.

Very happy with this purchase. Runs very well. It took me a while to figure out what the wireless adapter was, and I initially plugged my monitor into the wrong GPU, so some sort of idiot/noob-proof manual might have been nice. Overall a worthwhile product for a great price!

I purchased for my son. He loved it. After about a year it started to make noise. Then everything froze. Windows had to be reinstalled and was informed needs a new power supply. Purchased a power supply, larger ssd drive a a liquid cooler. When tech tried to install he informed me that the motherboard was an old Dell motherboard and that when it was built the rigged it so it could work with all the fans. He said that some wires were jumped into another power soar even so the fans could work but that created a fire hazard. I would be wary about this pc.
