I got the extra large ball which seems to be high enough to use when sitting at a desk - although I was disappointed that once you sit on it then the ball ha a lot of give in it and you end up lower than I had hoped. I have inflated the ball as much as I possibly can and it is still lower than I had hoped.It's easy to inflate and the pump works well.As an exercise ball it is perfect and I can feel my core getting tighter already - it is great to sit on while you are watching TV - but not while at a desk.

Great gym ball; it holds a lot if weight on. I have the 75 cm which seems to be very large when used in a flat :)I use it sometimes to sit on at my desk when I work for longer periods.It comes with a hand pump, pins for the air hole.

Had this just over a month and it has punctures in it. My previous (different branded) ball lasted 2 years of daily use as a desk chair. Really disappointed with the quality.
