I absolutely love my new computer. It's all I wanted and more. It loads my games quicker than my husband's fancy desktop, and it's handling my new COVID-19 home workload like the champ I needed.

This is a very good bang for the buck laptop. I'm a software dev and buy the low/mid range gaming laptops for their power. This one has lived up to more than what I paid, very happy with it. People compliment it has a very good quality webcam (bonus for the covid times). Thought I had an issue with the web cam, turns out i didn't take a sticker off. Submitted a ticket with lenovo, that was easy with service software, quick response. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Load times are super sick, this PCIE SSD really rips. The processor is no joke too, I've never seen usage go beyond 60% even when gaming. Graphics card is underperforming, though. Had some render lag when trying to stream and occasionally stutter but that may be an issue with windows gaming mode, I'm still looking into it. But I did fix the lag by going a little lower on the settings in some games where it was needed, and fortunately was only needed when I was streaming otherwise I was running most games at max settings with no serious issues.This puppy gets hot quick, though, and I recommend getting a gaming cooling pad for it and maybe use an external keyboard because the keys tend to get hot after a bit too which can be a little uncomfortable.Also I wanted to note that I have experienced some strange behavior from this computer I'm still trying to get to the bottom of, where certain keys and shortcuts on screen lose function and I have to restart. One time after a week of using it, I had to hard reset it because it had froze up when loading up a music software DAW. I had since updated the BIOS, drivers, and firmware for my peripherals and letting the computer take breaks every so often (I work from home and game in my free time, though, my PC usage is a lot higher than most) and have avoided the issues so far.Another thing I want to mention is the speaker placement and volume is pretty bad, headphones or external speakers are practically a must.Also the camera looks pretty bad on default settings, it can go up to 720p at 30fps I think but the autowhite balance it uses makes it look real bad. This can be fixed in certain programs that make use of cameras and allow you to change these settings, however, and you can get some pretty good results from this camera with some tweaking.Overall, this is a good computer. I'm happy with the purchase and although at first I had considered this laptop a complete steal, after owning it for awhile I now see there are a few very minor issues that make it worth the price its at.

I have had this for 2 months and multiple functions have gone out on it. It started with my graphics card a important part to a gaming computer continually shutting down while I'm in game. Now the Bluetooth function just disappeared from my computer I had my devices connected everything was fine with that now the computer won't detect any kind of Bluetooth hardware in the computer. I have tried to call lenovo to ask for help because the computer comes with a 1 year warranty from them. The catch is you can't even call tech support without paying extra just to be able to talk to them. i would love for them to help fix my issue but at this point what I really want is a refund for the dumb broken product they sold to me.

I did a lot of researching before I bought this computer. I am very happy with my purchase and my game has better graphics than ever before!

I had to go low on the rating because of the battery life. Research boasted of 8 hours battery life for this machine and I am lucky to get an hour and a half. I wanted extended battery and thought I was getting it. My ten year old Dell has better battery life. Disappointed. However, everything else about this machine is exceptional. It is fast and the display looks great. I love the keyboard. I do wish the back lit keyboard shut itself off between uses. You can turn it off manually. Good gaming machine, you just have to keep it plugged in.

Working from home during the quarantine and needed a new computer with a large screen. Came packaged well. Came 2 day air when many things are delayed. As described.

Pretty happy with the product. Enough screen space and great for gaming for the price I paid
