Beautiful colour!
I built my own TV stand from timber I ordered as I wanted a chunky, rustic look but not with the epic price tag they come with. I went with this stain because I spent weeks looking for a colour I liked to no avail. Came across this stuff, now I know it's more for exterior use but even ronseal don't make this colour in a varnish and I was set on this shade. Because its for an indoor item I'm only going to give it one coat, and then wax it, reason being is 3 coats is hardly necessary when it won't be exposed to rain, snow etc. I could use a clear varnish but don't want to risk changing the shade. The stuff was really easy to work with, went on like a dream. I've only just finished it so can't comment on drying time, or longevity but for what I'm using it for can't foresee any problems (I hope!) If I need to go back and recoat then that's fine, plenty left in the tin, it goes a long way (for reference there's about an inch from the top of the tin used for that entire unit, 1 coat) I'll be building side tables next and I'm pretty confident I'll have enough stain to do them too. Excellent stuff and beautiful, warm and rich colour. Can't recommend highly enough

Very happy - Refinished 2 wooden benches with one tin
Wasn't sure after teh first coat, but by the third coat it was looking great. And the rain just beads off...

Needs longer than an hour to be water proof but still is nice stain.
Looks good but you do have to follow the instructions to the letter. Also I'd ideally give it at least 4 hours to dry, heavy rain washed off parts of a raised bed planter after it was left to dry for a couple of hours. If you're in the UK it means make sure you plan well in advance for rain since this stain is very expensive for what it is.

Superb quality product
And much cheaper on Amazon than in the big DIY warehouses. Two tins of this (first bought in Homebase, 2nd on Amazon at a substantial price saving) have sealed and repainted all 8 normal sized external window frames plus a big barn door frame in my house with at least two and, in some cases, three coats (on one side of the house the windows were more weathered than on the sheltered side). They have come up like they did when they were originally installed 10+ years ago. They were all revarnished 5 years ago by the guy (a professional joiner) who made them for us and he came back to do the upper floor windows a few weeks back - I did ground floor myself but I don't like climbing up and working from ladders). It is worth remarking that he said that this was the best stuff he had seen for quality of finish and ease of application and he is going to start using it himself on other projects. Still have half a tin left and it cleans very easily from the brushes as well.

Does what it says on the tin
Great product if you prepare the surface correctly. A bit expensive these days but has good coverage and can be brushed on nicely

Great product. Can be used with ease.
I needed something to recolour my faded (in parts) summerhouse. It works perfectly over yacht varnish. Dries quickly. Nice colour.

Good but pricey.
Goes in well, nice finish and colour. Expensive though so really hoping it lasts!
