Way better than manual staple gun!!
This electric staple gun is so Awesome! Way better than doing it manually. Living in Florida, we have a lot of mosquitoes, I used the electric staple gun to attach bug screen around my cats catio and it was easy peasy!! Worked better than I expected!! I definitely recommend!

Time saving attacher
This has to be the most powerful and efficient stapler. I was mounting fabric to wooden frames, probably 150 staples to each (they're big frames) and this stapler turned hours of hand stapling into a 10 minute job. After putting about 4,000 staples through mine (I can tell by how much of the box I have left) I only had 3 misfires, which were easy to clear. unheard of accuracy.

Great little gun for the price
I’ve been through 4 different staple guns. So far this is the best. I only have one complaint. It took me hours to adjust to the staple action which is different from the others. This gun has the actual staple coming out about a quarter inch further back than other models. This is particularly important in upholstery work. Once I made that adjustment it was smooth sailing. The action is easy on the hand and the noise is minimal. My dog finally quit hiding under the couch when I work.

Used with wire and wood
We used this when constructing a chicken tractor to help attach hardcloth to 2x4 lumber to keep it from bowing. It worked but ideally I wish it were a bit stronger. It was easy to load and use but we did need to go over the staples with a hammer. The cord could be a tripping hazard so be mindful.

Bad product, bad service. Two with identical defects.
I bought this and had to return it because the power did not go on. Something is wrong with the power button I guess. Amazon did give me a full return. So I bought it again at a retail store. That one also does not work. The power button does not turn on any power. And yes, of course I've plugged it in and I've tried multiple outlets, etc. etc. Every other appliance works in them, but not this.I did try calling Arrow in New Jersey to see if I could get an answer, but they do not return messages it seems. So I will not buy this again.I also will never buy another Arrow product again. They used to be the best name in staplers. The experience with this model and just even having to go through the frustration of opening up those horrid plastic packages that the can opener won't even open, i've decided I'm finished.I also would like to leave a message to the people at Arrow that you should change the person who is recording your voice messages. It's a very bad introduction to your company.Aside from the most disgusting accent I have ever heard in my life, and I lived in New York City, the information needs to be more succinct. Like making sure you include your time zone so people know when to call back since your customer service is closed for an hour every day. I wouldn't trust leaving messages on your machine either. You could easily forget to hit the pound button. Maybe that's why they didn't call me back but two messages no response that's bad. Probably they know that the buttons don't work on them so they're tired of talking to people about them I might guess.Thank you and goodbye.

Fixed my loose carpet problem
This is probably not what most people use this for, but it was exactly what I needed.I bought a house that someone flipped, and I discovered some of the work they did wasn't the greatest. The inspection noted that the carpet on the stairs was either loose or too thick, rendering the stairs a little narrower than standard. I didn't understand the practical hazard there until my foot slid off as the carpet on one of the stairs slid & I ended up fracturing my sacrum in the fall. Yeah...lesson learned. I didn't even realize that's what caused it, I assumed I was just clumsy/careless, until the second time it happened, at which point I remembered that little note in the inspection that I didn't give much thought to at the time. The hospital co-pay eradicated the budgetary cushion I would otherwise have tapped to get a pro in to repair the carpet, but I wasn't willing to leave the situation as a hazard, so I decided to either nail or staple the carpet I place for the time being.I am astonished to report that this stapler & recommend staples did the trick AND don't show on the carpet unless your face is close enough to touch it and you're specifically searching for them. And I wasn't shy with the stapling, I probably put 10-20 in the bottom creases of the problem stairs, with another 5-10 on each side by the walls, and a few in the middle, front, and tops just for good measure. I'm not going to fall again, as was willing to assault the aesthetics to ensure that, if necessary.I may still have to get a pro in, once I've rebuilt my household budget, but for now, this was ideal & my stairs are safe.
