GarminBlueChart g2 California/Mexico Saltwater Map microSD Card

Must have chart addition for most chart plotters. Perfect coverage for my location and intended travels. Got a good price, in comparison to what is their normal outrageously high prices.

The way this advertisement is written you think you are getting the "VISION" version of the Blue Chart g2. You are, however, only getting the basic version of the Blue Chart g2, you are NOT getting the VUS021R, Blue Chart g2 Vision. Be very careful when ordering this product since the advertisement could be construed as fraudulent and inaccurate. The VISION version will be in the low to mid $200 range.

Product uses obsolete and inaccurate data, We made it to Ensenada, it does not show current buoys, breakwaters, or the marina, and also had us well on shore coming in to the harbor. The data is out there, a fellow cruiser's Raymarine is up to date. I have returned the product, will rely on paper charts until there is an update.

The microSD card died as soon as we got to Mexico. Of course we're in an area where Garmin products are not available or supported. Fortunately we have paper charts as a backup.

What a waste of money, do not buy this product..... it does not work well in Mexico waters
