PUMA GOLFMen's Ignite Nxt Lace Golf Shoe

Love these. Bought them on sale for more than 50% off so that was the motivation for trying. Originally sold at $140, I like them better than the similarly retail priced and similarly designed Foot Joys. But as we know, not all size 10 feet are the same. So that would be the determining factor in whether these are for you or not. My feet are wider than average but not EEE wide. Though pretty true to size, I would say these run closer to average width then wider. Construction so far seems great. Wear also seems above average. Very happy thus far.

I’ve owned a fair number of golf shoes. My most recent were some Foot Joys five or six years ago. Most the time, I couldn’t wait to get my golf shoes off after 18 holes. But these Pumas are different. They are so much more comfortable. Some other Pumas I’ve had before (not golf shoes) ran a bit narrow. But these feel perfect. True to size as well. I’ve only logged about five rounds in them, but they still feel amazing. I’ll update this after I’ve played in a few wet conditions. But I’m so impressed with these so far!

These shoes fit great! They are very comfortable. My husband really likes them.

UPDATE: Unfortunately (and despite my early experience of staying dry), The last few rounds I played the mesh was no longer water proof and my socks were very wet about 3 holes into the round (especially in the toe area). This was not golf in the rain, the course was just wet from the night before. Too bad... I still wear these shoes around town as they are comfortable and I like the way they look. Other than the dryness issue, I like they way they perform on the course too. Oh well... you get what you pay for. -1 star from original of 4 stars.ORINGINAL REVIEW: I was going to wait a little while to review these shoes because of the previous questionable reviews. However, yesterday sealed the deal for me! Granted I only have about 10 rounds of golf on these so longevity is YTBD, but yesterday I played in the rain and mud with these shoes after a day when my area received 3.5" of rain the day before. The course was Muddy and WET and I was concerned that these shoes, being less expensive then some of the best reviewed, might not hold up. Not only were my socks and feet bone dry at the end of the round but my feet felt great! They shed water like a champ and even though they are spikeless, I felt no slippage on any shot (tee box or fairway). From other reviews, it looks like there is a tendency for the laces to rip through the leather eyelets. I have been weary of that so the first few rounds I was "careful" not to pull too hard but the last few rounds I've been testing them a little more for durability. So far, no problem. Anyway, I try to leave reviews that help other consumers so here are the pros and cons readers digest version. Very comfortable walking 18. Really good looking without being too flashy.

The shoes look nice. I usually wear a 12.5 in Nike, 11.5 in most others so I got this in a 12. My toes only came to where the mesh meets the other fabric, which would have been fine except they were really cramped there. The shoes is very tight vertically at the toes, and considering my toes weren't even at the end, that seems a bit strange to me. I'm returning and looking for something that's less pointy at the end.

Only one round of golf so far, but these shoes were very comfortable. The complaints of tears previously reported by users didn’t happen. I suspect Puma had so many complaints that they fixed the issue themselves. The laces now go through the eyelets and subsection to provide greater strength and tear resistance.

These are possibly the best golf shoes ive ever worn, amazing fit, great support and no waterproof issues.However on the second time I put them on the rubber/plastic lace hole completely ripped through as I was lacing them up. Fair to say I dont lace my shoes up hard so i was really dissappointed as i thought i'd found the shoes I'd wear forever (was looking to buy a second pair last night).I'd be really appreciative if the seller or Amazon would help me out here as I presume this is a manufacturing issue.--Adding an editWhile it was disappointing that the construction of the shoes relied upon the plastic eyelit for the shoelace a very simple fix was achieved by putting a hole in the material below it. As a regular user of Amazon they were highly supportive and helped me.Once again - these shoes are absolutely fantastic, I have long narrow feet and the reduction in pain even playing 2 rounds in a day were noticeable. I hope that my experience isnt shared.Kind regards

Really quality set of golf shoes. Shoes are much more solid and well built than the picture suggests. Fits true.
