Good service as had to use it.
Kettle leaking so had to use the warranty to replace the kettle.

Can I give it 0 stars? Awful, Appalling, Still Not Paid Out Weeks On
Awful. Took out insurance on small appliance which has suddenly died on us (changed fuse etc - no joy). Applied with a claim a day or two later thinking it might have a turnaround of several days. It's been 3 weeks and still no pay out. Appalling. Did get one incomprehesible email which seemed to be asking us something but didn't actually ask us anything, so replied asking "what is it you need?" and have been ignored.Appliance was a kettle and consequently we've been having to boil water on the hob for weeks. Can't imagine what it's costing us in electricity (maybe we should invoice for that?) About to give in and just buy another appliance from elsewhere.I realised the name of the company covering this and did have other stuff insured with them separately, but will now cancel that too and change to a better insurer. So they have lost all my business and from now on if I buy an appliance will cover it elsewhere.Don't use. Incredibly disappointing and don't deal with claims in a timely matter (or at all).ETA: A week after we had the email to say they were sending an Amazon voucher to settle our claim "in two working days" (as an email attachment so not via mail), still nothing has come. Zero. zilch. Have emailed twice. No response. They send several emails to say they were sending an email to settle claim... each had an attachment, we opened to check and every time, bizarrely, was their logo.... Still no amazon voucher. Gave up and bought a new kettle, not sure they will ever pay out. It's been weeks. No reply to emails. Awful, appalling service. Please find a proper insurer - you're throwing money down the drain with this.
