According to Innovative Products of America it is made and assembled in the USA. My 9102 is used often and works well, a time saver when doing trailer service.

Does this come with a cable to connect from the tester to the trailer 7-way? If not, is there an obvious one on Amazon that's easy to buy?

No it does not come with a cord. Search Amazon for Phillips 7 way electrical cable.

Does this check the ABS light on trailers?

since abs on a trailer is run on the auxiliary power wire and the last position of the dial on this box says auxiliary i would say yes. has anyone checked it in that position?
