We made homemade burgers and I incorporated about 2-3 tablespoons into a pound of ground Wagyu and seasoned with course black pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder. Then after flipping the burgers, added another schmear across the top. Topped with some sauteed shitakes and YOWZA!! Those were some mighty fine burgers!! After checking on Amazon I found this brand of Aioli and although expensive, I decided to give it a shot since I figure you get what you pay for and there aren't a lot of options out there.
