Product does not work at all. Extremely displeased with product. Not able to navigate off home screen, does not pick up flash drive files or memory card files. Replaced battery in remote and it does not work at all....overall it was a huge waist of money and now I have no gift for my in-laws for Christmas. If I could write a negative star review, I would.

Very disappointed and I wasn't even able to return it
Bought this item as a gift and when i received it the box was totally ripped and then the digital photo frame would just turn off when I would start the picture slide show. Very disappointed and I wasn't even able to return it

it is marvellous
My daughter sent me one (I live in Brasil and it is amazing, very easy to work with).I have a 4 Gb pendrive and could put all my pictures and we are having a lot o fun with it.Claudia Braga
