Good value for money string is great for high performing players as it has a high durability and provides a great balance between power and control allowing for balanced play.

Worked as expected and it was a good price compared to high street and other internet sites.

Now I have some BG80 for when I need to repair my racket, otherwise it goes back into the shop for a re-string

They worked very well for 3 weeks until they snapped! I would suggest to use a lower string tension than 30-32lbs as they only lasted 3 weeks! will buy again and post a review on lower tension.

great strings

Giving a very rigid stringbed that is difficult to bend, you need a lot of pre-existing shot power to take full advantage of BG-80. If you can do so, though, it is one of Yonex's very best. The surface is rough, allowing excellent control of slices, and feel is carried very well thanks to the stiffness. It is not the easiest to string with, however, as it likes to curl up (and saws noticeably when pulling crosses). Yonex recommend that Vectran strings (i.e. this and BG-85) are strung 10% looser than standard string and I must say I agree - at my usual tension I find it almost unplayable when fresh. For such a powerful string the durability is definitely above average - it's certainly a "tournament string" in my opinion. In short, very good in all aspects.

Very good product

Game changer, was using BG 65 all these days. I'm using it on Yonex Duora at 24lb. Great for smashing.

I strung a racket with this at 25/27 and it has been used in six sessions over a 3-week period without any major issues. String feels nice when smashing and no noticeable issues with it so far. The sky blue is a nice color that fits a reddish racket, would recommend for those who want a little more sound in their smash.

My favorite string... depend on your preferences but the quality of the product is good.

Strung at 26/28 on a Thruster F Enhanced. Played for a little over a week, and pop. Haven’t had it pop that early in a long time, especially with a break in the middle. So it wasn’t a miss hit. Would also suggest not getting black. The stings felt a little more slippery than the yellow or white version.
