Excellent alternative to branded inks
All good thus far. I have been using them for a couple of weeks and honestly cannot fault them in any regard. Well packaged but not over packaged. Fitted into printer easily and well. Ink quality of both black and colour extremely satisfactory. Will defo reorder these again in the future. .

The first colour one to arrive didn’t work when you go on the website you can chat to someone the lady gave me some things to do to see if it helped I tried it didn’t I went back to the chat and the lady was very polite and immediately sent for a replacement at 11:20pm I received the item in the post next day around 1pm I’ve used it and it works fine. Thank you.

HP ink cartridges, good quality and superb price
I love these inks, they're superb quality and at a great price too. I'd recommend these to everyone. However, I am having issues with printing - after about 10 copies, it has stopped working because it keeps saying it's not an original HP cartridge. I don't know what to do, so I've ordered a black ink which is defintiely HP. I'm waiting for it to come, and hopefully, it will solve the issue?

Dopo aver ordinato un set di inchiostri, mi sono resa conto al primo utilizzo che la cartuccia colore aveva problemi e non veniva riconosciuta.Ho chiesto aiuto all'assistenza che dopo alcuni tentativi per provare a risolvere il problema in remoto, decide di inviarmi un nuovo set.Spedizione super rapida e ora tutto funziona correttamente. Cartucce consigliate, non so ancora quanto dureranno, aggiornerò la recensione.

Fantástico servicio post-venta
En el último año les he comprado cartuchos regularmente y nunca me fallaron. En el último pedido y tras unas semanas de uso, la impresora dejó de reconocer uno de los cartuchos. Contacté con Smart Ink a través de su web y me facilitaron instrucciones para solucionarlo. Después de intentarlo todo, al día siguiente recibí en mi domicilio un juego nuevo de cartuchos por lo que no puedo estar más contenta y agradecida. :)
