Not too tight not too loose
They actually stick to your head but it is comfortable overall. I work in a kitchen and used these instead of the normal skull caps. These things hold your sweat all day in rigorous work. I highly recommend anyone whether athlete, construction worker or cook.

Work very well
I play a lot of pickleball and I sweat like a claidsdale which results in my having to stop, take off my sunglasses and wipe the sweat off of them numerous times during a game. This is not only extremely annoying….it’s also distracting and interferes with my concentration on the game. I do wear a baseball cap which does absorb some of the sweat but not nearly enough of it. So I bought these sweat bands and I wear one with my cap over it and it works great! I can play an entire game without once having to stop and clean sweat off my glasses. They are comfortable and very absorbent. After a 2 -3 hour pickleball session that sweatband is completely saturated. I do have a small head so I can’t say for sure if they are comfortable for those with a large noggin.

Garbage Quality
The product is not as advertised. It is not thick and absorbent. Very thin. Does not soak up any sweat at all. I bought it because it was advertised as cotton but it does not feel like cotton at all. It feels like synthetic fabric or at least a synthetic cotton blend.
