Easy to put together. I did add some air to the tires to help when it has a heavy load. It is very stable and easy to push ### ⭐ Rusted! *by A***R on May 24, 2019* Everything has rusted 11 months in. Was stored in a shed all winter. Plastic is fine, but all metal parts are completely corroded and paint is falling off. Going to contact Taylor now. Used around Seattle. ### ⭐⭐ Difficult assembly, parts don't fit *by S***E on June 10, 2017* I do like this product, and need it to get dock supplies to the docks, but the reason I'm giving it two stars is due to the difficulty of assembly. You need your own tools, the instructions are not clear at all, and the wheel does not slide onto the axle. We had to sand the axle down to just get the wheels on. We also found a piece of masking tape on the cart with "2nd" handwritten on it.
