Excellent quality, durable and easy to use

This is an excellent product. I have used bands for 20 years for post surgery recovery and strength training for various sports. These bands are by far the best of the bunch. They are thick with plenty of resistance but do not snap back like other brands that I’ve used. I’m also very impressed with the quality of the Velcro straps that stay in place on your wrists. My 17 year old plays Varsity baseball and he uses them consistently. He loves the fact that you can just hook it onto the fence at the field for his workout routine. If you want to build a strong upper body while minimizing your risk of injury, this is a great product to have in your home.

These are to me just as good as the j-bands that cost twice as much.

My son is an avid baseball player and he has been using this in our basement for shoulder development. He likes how he can clip it to just about anything! It is portable and easy to use. It comes with some great exercise recommendations he can work into his workouts. Great quality product.

Great product for warming or to use for strengthening. Got it for my daughter but now the whole team takes turns using it. I got the intermediate bands and they are plenty for 16u b class girls.

My daughter is 13 and and plays softball. She uses it before games and practices. She likes using it specifically for her wrist’s. Her team mates use it as well.👍🏽

We have been using these bands for a few days now. I originally ordered them for my daughter to strengthen her arms for softball. We ended up doing the workouts as a family. My daughter (11) loves the workouts and says she already feels stronger.
