This book is amazing, Gentempo has helped open my perspective and get clarity on the importance of BEING who I need to BE rather than being focused on always scrambling to try and figure out what I need to be DOING. Being congruent with who you are and knowing what you stand for gives clarity on who you are and who you are not and helps you determine the course to chart for your success. Im not sure if the book is too short or if i just couldn’t stop reading!i inhaled this book and absolutely loved every bit of it.Im in my first year of entrepreneurship so i find it particularly helpful (5Ps).I think it could have been in more depth but overall a great read!

This book is compelling - if for no other reason than it gives us "permission to be ourselves" in a business world that is still fraught with inauthencity.
