Cooler MasterNotePal X-Slim II Laptop Cooling Pad 'Silent 200mm Fan, Egonomic Design, Supports up to 15.6" laptops' R9-NBC-XS2K-GP

It seemed too small for my 15in. laptop. It was a little chincey looking. I returned it mostly because it didnt have an on off switch.

This cooling pad is very quiet. The fan speed is a little slower than expected but it does the job. The cooling pad is well built and light. I do wish it had adjustable fan speed.

It would be great if there is a power switch. Very good cooling pad and very quiet.

I bought this product because I was looking for a laptop cooler for my new laptop (MSI Creator 15 with a Core i7 10875H, RTX 2070, and 32GB of RAM) that wasn't too "gamer" yet still high quality and effective. I just got it today and tested it out but found that the computer was running at best the same temps as when I have it propped up on a box but more realistically between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius hotter. Definitely would be better off trying another cooler or even just getting a stand to get the computer up off the desk.

NEED A POWER ON LIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COOLER!!!I can't tell you how many times I left this laptop cooler on when I shut down my computer - only to find out it has been running 24/7. When your laptop is on the cooler you cannot see if it is running or not. Unless you remember to unplug the USB cable from the power strip, the fan is running all the time.If CoolerMaster were to put a light in front of the cooler so you can see when it is on, this would never happen.

Aside from its side the quality of this product is lacking and the price too high for what this thing is capable of doing. I recommend you better go for a multi fan cooling pad as fans tend to fail after some years of service.
