So disappointed that the lemon ginger matcha energy flavor is discontinued. It was the best flavor and clean energy. Nothing compares to Matcha.

I LOVE the quality, flavor, longevity, & hydrating effects of the Liquid IV brand!This particular one; however, wasn’t a good combo for my palate.Note: I usually consume a Liquid IV packet at 50% strength plus ice cubes (in 32oz of water versus 16oz as on the packaging). That may have affected the flavor, I don’t know. I also keep 6 flavors on hand, so I didn’t cry for too long, lol!!A friend was very happy to receive my unused portion, so it all worked out just fine.The End!P.S. If you ever see the cotton candy flavor available, GET IT!!—it comes in pink & blue (most Liquid IV makes clear or cloudy water). That flavor was a limited edition run during summer 2022 & it’s still only 45 calories, has all the hydration you need, & the taste is positively super!!

These are so good! Gives me good energy without the crash like other energy drinks do. I’ve tried almost all the flavors and this one is my fave. The others are good too highly recommend. Even the non energy ones are great too. So much better than sports drinks and easier to have on hand

During the hotter months I go through Liquid Iv like mad! It's not uncommon for me to drink two to three pouches a day if I am working out in the heat. Of course you want to drink about a 4:1 ratio of water in between, but they do help to replenish the sodium and sugars lost through perspiration. If you have never had any of their products before, beware they all have a strong salty flavor, which is great when you are thirsty, not so much when you're not.This particular flavor was honestly not my favorite. They use matching green tea as the base which is different than their other products. I believe that is why this one has such a bitter bite at the end.

Fantastic product for hiking . A sugar free alternatives in this brand and product would help with insulin resistance and carb counters ESPECIALLY at the price point nearly double .

I just barely turned in my review for my first trial package of Liquid I.V. when I got the package with my second flavor, Lemon Ginger. I liked it, but still wish it had a tad bit more salt, and although the flavors I've had were good, I would love to be able to purchase Watermelon, probably my absolute favorite flavor in the more expensive brand I had to give up because of lack of funds.I recommend this product. I am not a water drinker, and tend to get dehydrated because I don't drink enough water. I can drink these and they make me feel much more energy, and take away my dry mouth. I recommend this brand, and hope they might come up with a few other flavors for me to try.

As I am a big fan of liquid IV. This product is not what I expected. The color was green, and neither tasted like lemon or ginger. Had an unusual taste.

This product has been life-changing for me!!!!! I highly recommend this product. I have struggled with not having enough energy for a LONG TIME until I discovered this product. This product gives me steady, LONG-LASTING energy. With coffee or regular tea, I would feel a jolt of energy for about two hours and then I would crash. These MATCHA TEA energy multipliers last a long time!!!!! I generally take two of these a day. At least for me, the MATCHA TEA, LEMON GINGER energy multipliers work much better than the Liquid IV energy multipliers that are made with coffee bean fruit. I think those would be the pineapple and mango flavored ones.I even had my friend try the matcha tea energy multipliers and she is hooked too! She said after she had one she felt like she was ready to break out in dance.The first one of these energy multipliers I have, I put two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it. ALSO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRINKING YOUR ENERGY MULTIPLIER AFTER YOU EAT AND/OR TAKE SUPPLEMENTS AND MEDICATIONS. I have noticed a big difference in how potent the product is when I take it after.
