No stars off because of for that as it could happen to anything in transit but thought it worth a mention in this review. Amazon were very helpful in organising a prompt return and refund so can't complain about the after sales service at all. It was just a bit of an additional wait for the courier but no big deal.2nd one arrived, same item, same colour, (we ordered 2 anyway), and although wobbly at the base so the gap will need to be seen to by using something to wedge the trunk up, the tree is miles better than the 1st one that arrived.The 1st tree had rose stems that were longer than the foliage, this exposing the very plastic looking rigid stems on it. On the 2nd tree we received the foliage is the correct length to hide the rose stems sufficiently. The 2nd tree looks lovely, with quality roses and realistic foliage.So 3 stars because although the 2nd tree we received is lovely, I will still need to secure the wobbly trunk. The 1st tree didn't look so good obviously.
