I use it at night right before bed so it has a chance to soak in. This large tub lasted just about a year and I went looking for it again and Walmart stopped carrying it. I am glad I found it here as nothing else works like this! My painful cracks are gone and feet are in much better condition. I suffer from Psiorisis of the skin on the soles of my feet and palms of my hands. The price was great at $4 but still worth it at $15. I do not care what is in it as it works! The pump is great, never clogs and is great so I do not dispense more than what I need.
