To make things worse my first mask got lost on the way meaning I had to wait 3 weeks for this. Then I wanted a refund and customer service argued with me over a refund and profits and told me to give it to a family member and they will give me £1.50 back. Once once they had finished arguing with me which took over a week they then told me I should donate the money which is rude as I already donate to charity. This company is rude and is false advertising. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY THIS MASK. It is awful and such bad customer service.

Avoid this mask and company

Bad fitting and strange shape
Small fitting does not cover under your chin and is not very comfortable

Lightweight
Not sure how effective it is at preventing you getting an infection but I have allergies and cough a lot this covers that aspect. As I’m not very big I did have to add extra Velcro to ensure secure enough. Not sure how to get extra filters though.
