The variety of handles allow for use with several different movements. I’m primarily using this for front/back squats and deadlifts and cleans. 75 lbs may seem light, but the way the loaf shifts adds some complexity to the movement. There are two liner bags, with one intended to be filled to 50, the other up to 25.Update : almost a year in, still using at least 2 times a week, slamming it on the ground, doing farmers carries, it’s still holding strong.Second update: 7/13/19 Unfortunately one of the interior bags tore at the seam and all of the sand poured out. ### ⭐ Stitching on interior bags is sub-standard *by V***J on Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2018* Received this item while deployed in Afghanistan and after five workouts, the side seam of one the interior sandbags burst.
