Q: Are the light blue, actually blue. They look grey? Other sellers are advertising the same ones as grey?

Blue/grey more like dove grey, which is what I wanted, soft blue/grey. Very nice.

Q: Are these chairs Matt black

I would say that they are more satin than Matt. They are really good value but a couple of the chair back screws have rusted though we just leave them outside on our deck.

Q: Please could you tell me how much weight they can hold?

I don't know exact weight but they are very sturdy

Q: Can the chairs be permanently left outdoors, I’m considering for the veranda of my holiday home.

I bought these a few weeks and they've been outside in the garden ever since, in the rain. All perfectly fine except for the metal screws (bolts?) that attach the backrest to the seat - they have some sign of rust but not a big issue for me. They are the only part without the paint on so I was expecting that.
