I bought this bag to lug things around for my cheer squad. I'm a coach and wanted to keep my first aid things available, as well as other things needed for practices/games/competitions. The first time I ordered this bag, it came broken with the broken piece (the legs at the bottom that are meant to keep the bag standing up) tucked inside of a pocket. I requested an exchange. The second bag arrived within two days, but the "new" bag came scratched up and with cob webs inside (dead bug included) as if it had been used and then tossed into a basement for years. Terrible product.

I like the fact that it is clear - I purchased to carry my oxygen tank & purse but, the handle won't stay up & the bag tips over - this is a poor quality product and I'm not happy with it at all - the only positive is that it is clear

Backpack does not stand up on its own. It is always falling over, no matter how little or how much is in it. It doesn’t have the back cover to tuck in the straps. The straps are constantly dragging. Only good thing about it was how spacious it is. You can fit quite a bit in there which is the only reason they got 3 stars instead of 2.

Screw fell out of the handle on the second day. This version is smaller than the CLIFFS backpack. Pass this one up.

Everyday bag for the hospital and if it gets too loaded i can roll it !

I worked at Amazon in one of the warehouses. This bag can take a beating! It was perfect just the right size I would highly recommend buying one!

This bag broke in 5 days. I couldn't get refund because the return date has passed before my daughter started using it.
