Fixed lackluster support in my New Balances
I’d considered replacing my current pair of NB 574s before I got these insoles. The wafer thin original insole had poor support and with some foot and knee injuries I was looking for more. So far this has addressed all my issues. The arch support and general comfort increase makes them feel like a different pair of shoes. I had no problems with cutting to fit by tracing then placing in the shoes and trimming bit by bit (be *careful* you can always take more off but you can’t put more back on). Great fix for underwhelming support in any shoes.

big but when trimmed they are great
was a little bit over sized in length and width, but laying the old ones on top and out lining them add a trip to the band saw made them fit great

Functional with mod (user varies)
The size for men lists at max 9, I am a size 9. No special fit (narrow, wide, etc.) I put these in my composite toe shoe and they were too long in the 4th/5th toe area as it buckled up. I was able to gauge were I neeed to cut based on the creases that were created. I have been using these now for a couple weeks and they are doing the job they were created for. Recommended with caution.
