This product is AMAZING!! I have a 14 year old Dachshund/Cocker Spaniel mix. He is a very energetic dog and loves to run every day. About 4 years ago he had to have surgery because he tore his Acl and then 2 years after that he had to have another surgery because he had a broken disc in his back that pushed into his spinal cord. He recovered from both surgeries very well and after a little healing time was back to normal. Just recently we noticed he was having a hard time getting up out of his doggie bed and when he would stand up he would swipe the back right leg as if it hurt to stand on it. We took him to the vet and they told us he has arthritis in his back right hip. They said the back right hip joints were almost bone on bone and the arthritis was pretty bad. They gave him Metacam for the inflammation and a pain reliever. Neither of which worked very well. He was still having a lot of trouble getting up and walking. After going online and doing a little research myself, I found this Liquid Health K-9 and decided to give it a try. The reviews on this product were very good and I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. This was our last resort. I have been giving him this product for over a month now and the results have been amazing. He no longer has trouble getting up and he is able to stand up without swiping the back leg. He has even started running again. We were able to stop giving him the other medications completely and only give him the Liquid Health K-9 on a daily basis. If you have a dog who is having issues with his joints or arthritis I highly recommend this product!! You will be very pleased with the results. Just remember you may notice a small change in your dog within the first week but, it will take a couple weeks before you notice a full change. Make sure to continue giving this product to your dog on a daily basis. We are definitely going to order more when run out!!

I purchased a Schutzhund III GSD retiring champion that was pictured far better than when I got him off the plane. He looked like a rescue. I was so shocked. Many friends were angry for me and thought I'd really been ripped off, but I felt like I needed to keep him for his sake. After many vet checks, chiropractor, acupuncture, parasite treatment, diet improvement, raw foods to his kibble, and supplements, I finally got him looking like his pictures. (2 years later). I was so distressed that a beautiful dog like that who had given his all, had been let to get in such awful shape. His muzzle was gray, you could count the bones in his back awa his ribs, and he had awful diarrhea. He also had athletic injuries so that he limped, could hardly get up off the floor, and crab gaited coming toward you. He had lots of character and was well trained. I felt like he got sent to me by a kind God, (I bought him high dollar) to give him the retirement home he deserved. I had no plans to show him. He was a companion replacement for another GSD who I had lost to death from granmal seizures. He improved tremendously with all the natural care I could discover useful, but still had limping issues and trouble getting up at night. He loves to run the pasture but paid dearly for it at night. I had tried many good things which had improved him greatly, but after being referred to Liquid Health, and having to have a reship because of mail damage, I've had him on the K9 glucosamine hip and joint supplement for two weeks and it has REALLY helped. He's barely limping, flying gait everywhere he goes, no crabbing, or crow hopping, and with the improvement he'd already made, and at almost 10, he's at the top of his game. I'm so grateful for his sake and mine. I highly recommend Liquid Health and will be a re order on a regular basis. I have 2 gsd on it. This boy really needed it. The other is getting as a preventative, and at 8 is ball jumping as high as ever. I hope it can help someone else ama it has helped us.

This was a great size and so far it seems to be helping my old guy with his joints. He had trouble walking around much and shaky legs. He has been taking this for about a week or more and I think this has given him some pain relief. He has been walking, running and playing a little bit with his favorite toy. It is in little spurts but I will take it. This should imporve his health overall over time with continued use. He is such a picky guy and I mixed it with a beef broth. He doesn't notice it at all and I don't smell anything strong from this. The package came intake nothing leaked and it was sealed perfectly. I would say give it a try to help relieve pain for you dog and or help prevent the loss of joint issues. It also is great for dogs who are extremely picky on food. This is so easy to use and slip into many things.

I own a 12 year old border collie with some pretty week hips. He was on some glucosamine tablets, but I decided to try Liquid Health because it was more concentrated, and cheaper. So that will allow me to up his dosage a bit more. I also read that the liquid forms of glucosamine are more effective, so why not? What I like: Great formula. He has only been on Liquid Health for about 2 weeks, and yesterday he suddenly jumped on the couch. He hasn't done that for a long time, so I was pretty delighted. He is much more alert and happy. He has started wandering around the house again to check up on everyone when before he used to just lay down in one spot for the whole day because he has such difficulties getting up. He is still a bit shaky and he still stumbles, but either that will improve in the next few weeks or you just can't beat old age completely. Either which way, I am glad to see improvements. What I don't like: My dog hates the flavor, and he isn't super picky. After some experimentation, I found out he will take it with a bit of peanut butter. If poured onto his food or mixed with wet food, he will turn up his nose. He is a grazer anyways, and there are multiple dogs in the house, so I need to know he consumed all the formula at that moment so I never really had the option of just dumping it in his food. Also, though the bottle has measurements on the side for different serving sizes, the bottle is pretty opaque so you can't really use those measurements. However, I found out I could use the cap. The top of the twisted ridge for screwing the lid on comes out to be about a teaspoon. TL;DR: Pretty pleased with the effectiveness of the formula so far, so 5 stars for that. I docked a star because my dog doesn't like the taste, and there are some design flaws with the bottle.

Really great supplement for my 14 year old border collie/black lab. She has the bad joints-trouble walking but always does better when we keep her on this. The inevitable seems to be in the distance; maybe I'll get another 2 years with her, I don't know when it when if she doesn't "choose" her time.. But I'm grateful to Liquidhealth Pets K9 for giving us more quality time with her, because I'm certain without this-she'd not be able to move much. Also, once when I had called them when I had a concern about the liquid being clear when all the times I used it before it was brown. I forgot who I spoke to, but I know he was connected to the company like family/owner and we spoke on the phone for almost an hour talking about our pets and just all kinds of things good people talk about. And by the way, the clear/brown-don't matter, it's all normal for this product. This is the best stuff on the market, hands down. You'll notice changes in your dog within two weeks and the only thing left to do is to remember to purchase. Unfortunately it becomes another subscription for me it's ever 6 weeks I have to pick one up either here or at a local health store that carries this. Anyways, it's for the best!

I have nothing but great things to say about this product. As my pitbull mix started getting up there in age it was apparent that she was struggling with arthritis and generally being uncomfortable quite a bit of the time. I did a bunch of research trying to figure out the best things I could do to try and help her. Most everything I was looking at was much more expensive than this product and having this in liquid form makes it easier to administer than in pill form. At first after ordering I was a little worried that my dogs might not like the flavor but that was quickly dismissed with the first feeding and now our younger one won't touch her dinner unless it has this dosed with it. After only about 3 weeks I noticed my senior dog was moving around a little better and looking better overall. Before I started giving her this product she could not jump for a toy and land without her hind legs giving out and falling down. After about 2 months or so she was more willing to jump around and her legs were no longer giving out on her when she was landing. It has been since January of 2012 that I have been ordering and getting this for her just about every month. The dosing amounts are on the bottle as well as the measurements which makes it very easy. As my old girl is now going on 13 years old I know it's getting close to the end but I can only imagine how much worse off she would be without having this as a part of her diet. We started giving it to our younger mixed breed as well about a year ago when she was around 5 years old in order to prevent the onset of arthritis as she gets older, trying to delay it a bit because her build and long legs it seems it will be a problem down the road. I can honestly say I believe this product is part of the reason my Hennessey is still around and in the best condition as possible in her current situation. I suggest this to anybody who has a dog, and Glucosamine/Condroitin in general for any pet or human, that is or will possibly be dealing with arthritis and joint pain. The formula is different from human to K-9 product so be sure to order and take the correct stuff!

I was told about 6 years ago that my Golden Retriever’s hips were so bad that I should consider getting a hip replacement for my dog (her name is Baby). I didn’t get her the replacement but instead just stopped throwing the ball for her and started giving her glucosamine. I tried a few different brands, in pill form, but didn’t notice much improvement in a Baby’s walking until I started her on the Liquid Health K9 Glucosamine. For that last few years I was just giving her two teaspoons a day in her breakfast. Whenever we are out walking, everyone asks me if Baby is the younger of my two Goldens when in fact Baby is four years older that my other Golden. Baby is now almost 13 and just a few weeks go I upped Baby Liquid Health to two teaspoons in the morning and two at night because she was starting to seem stiff and was just generally slowing down again. The amount I give Baby now is actually what the label on the back of the product recommends for a dog Baby’s weight. Years prior I didn’t feel that Baby needed the four teaspoons but now she does. Once again, this product is making a big difference to Baby’s mobility, now that I’ve increased the amount she gets. At this point I have this product as one of my Amazon “dash” buttons so that as I get low, I just click once and a new bottle is on the way. One last thing. Over the holidays I was gone for four days and had a neighbor take care of my Goldens. I didn’t want to bombard my neighbor with telling him to add this and that to Baby’s food and add this and that to Lucy’s (my other Golden’s food). I just had the neighbor feed them their food and didn’t ask him to add the Liquid Health. All I can say is that when I got home four days later and got Baby, she just looked old and ragged. There was no bounce to her step. After a few days back on her Liquid Health, she was totally back to normal in her walking with pep in her step. For my dogs I can say that this product works. My other Golden is 9 and she’s still running around like crazy.

This product is very helpful with my Boerboels joints and it’s palatable for them too!

Even my dog, who is very selective about what he wants to eat, loves it. Good for the joints.
