Easy to take. No side effects.

No difference in antibodies
Took it for months with vitamin E. This is at a better price than some other online vendors offer. Didn't notice a difference in thyroid antibodies from before to after. I'm sure it delivers the bioavailable form of selenium, but if you're taking it to lower your antibodies as a Hashimoto's patient, don't get your hopes too high.
