Chelsea Chevron Quilted Luggage, Black, 20-Inch Carry On

I love this suitcase. It holds plenty of things. Has lots of pockets. Fits nicely in the overhead compartment on a plane, rolls easily and looks good.

I'm a fan of this brand and really liked the look and function of this carry on. It was easy to maneuver and raise/lower the handle. It's sturdy, so I don't have to be delicate with it. It provides the space needed for my things and can expand when stuffing in some extras. A good buy and stylish.

A REPLACEMENT for MY REPLACEMENT is now needed!!!! I wanted to love this luggage. Here's the deal. It's not worth the money. It won't last. This is my second piece of this specific carryon bag. It broke with little effort, just rolling through the airport. I do travel often, but I never check my bag. I carry it myself, and I can tell you- this bag was treated like royalty! SHE PRETTY, but looks are deceiving. I have purchased all three 2 piece Kenneth Cole sets. I am a once loyal fan. The first luggage split at the seams and this piece of luggage the left handle one broke right off, just lifting the handle to board a plane. I was then left without luggage in a place that I couldn't purchase one. REALLY FRUSTRATING!

I love this suitcase! It is very durable and has lots of pockets. It rolls very easily. I got it because it matches my laptop case which is also super high quality and has lasted for several years. Will be buying more of these high quality suitcases!

Good service for a couple of years. I bought it in 2022 and make about 4 trips a year. On my last trip the handle broke. Two of the zipper pulls fell off. So I cannot give it a good rating for durability.

I needed a new luggage set with the carry on and one size larger as I cannot carry the largest size easily to load in car, etc. This set of 20 inch and 24 inch is nice appearing, just the right sizes for my needs and was shipped timely and well packaged for protection.

Just arrived today. On first inspection out of the box I was disappointed as I wanted the zippers to be gold and they appeared very silver and in the plastic wrap, it looked more navy to me than the desired black. However, once unwrapped it is in fact black and while the zippers and extended handle ARE gold - it is very pale but actually very nice. That said, it is a nice looking bag - unfortunately, the dimensions are deceiving. While it is 20 inches as described - it is WITHOUT the wheels. TSA rules are 22" or less INCLUDING the wheels. This measures about 22.5" with the wheels. Just over TSA guidelines. I am going to use it on my upcoming flight next month and HOPE that it sneaks by as a carryon. The zippers were of great concern in many of the reviews. So far - these seem sturdy and well sewn and are much the same as in a previous suitcase I have used a lot and the zippers are tough and have held well. The extending handle is a bit more on the flimsy side as complained about in many reviews, but it isn't much different than many suitcase I have used at this price point. So, while my first inclination was to not even take it out of the box, after fully inspecting it, I am pleased and will keep it. It is going to be used in place of a hard sided suitcase that I still use and like very much but find it hard to access to remove anything inside it such as toiletry bag for TSA, so I wanted something with an outside pocket for that reason. Kenneth Cole, you need to remeasure and put the correct dimensions in the description of your product. I know many have stated that this bag wouldn't pass for carryon as it is just too long. I know each airport and airline differ so we shall see.

I bought this 3 years ago and regularly use it. Within the first month one of the zipper pulls for the main compartment broke off. This weekend the entire pull handle broke. While this suitcase is very cute, it didn’t hold up for long term use. My previous suitcases (one being this same brand) all lasted well over 5-7 years. This one just didn’t last unfortunately.

I love travelling with this luggage! It's very stylish and the wheels are super smooth. The interior plastic pouch is handy as well.

The zipper pulls weren't long for this world, lost a couple on its first trip out, but it was otherwise a great choice for my trip to Paris - Venice - tour of Southern France. It was lightweight enough to carry for the Venice stairs and rolled like a dream on uneven cobblestones. Small enough to be my go to bag for local trips and big enough for a three week tour, this bag is cute and versatile. I'll replace the zipper pulls with an aftermarket clip type.

This suitcase arrived broken and missing half the handle to pull it around… very disappointing!!!

I bought a 16 inch roller underseater Kenneth Cole bag in 2019 and later wanted the 20" carry-on as well. Bought it a couple years later and it was a perfect match. With all the trouble with people losing their luggage recently, we wanted just carry ons for the plane. Had enough room and some to spare in the bags for a week in Punta Cana, plus suit and gown for a wedding. Definitely recommend.
