It includes the charging case with the two earbuds inside. There are three extra tips for each side (S, M, L) in a ziplock bag, a separate plastic bag with the charging cable and a small booklet with three languages, including the English I needed. As is common with these imports the grammar isn't the best, but there are enough illustrations to give me everything I needed to get up and running.I started by charging the case for a couple of hours to make sure I was fully up. Note that the case has a pass through port so you can charge these while charging something else. I'm going to find that very useful with as many gadgets as I have! I paired these with my phone (a Samsung S7 Edge running Android 9) and my computer (an Acer Switch 7 Black Edition). At first it didn't want to pair with the phone, but restarting the phone cleared that up, it paired first try with the computer. The phone paired for media and phone both as expected, the computer as media only.The sound is great! Clear highs and deep bass, I'm listening to the Eagles Hotel California on my phone right now and it's well balanced with all the little sounds coming through as good as the main melody. I listened to Jummy Brown the Newsboy by Earl Scruggs on the computer and his intro picking was just supurb!I've only had them in my ears for an hour or two so far, but there's none of the pressure that turns into pain after a while, unlike several of the other buds I've purchased. Right now they feel like I could leave them in all day. As with most of the other stereo buds I've used there's a little deadening of the background sounds, feels kind of like you have a slight cold, but that's to be expected if you have both ears blocked off. No idea yet on battery life but the charging case is hefty enough that it's got to have a decent battery in it. Do not sound near as good as my Sony WF-1000 XM3 but they did not cost near as much and they are water proof somewhat. Have a good enough sound but highs just a little too much. During the hot summer I sweet too much when I am walking my dog or anything else to the use the sony's these will work great for that. I am glad I purchased them. I would have been even more impressed with them if I had not listen to the sonys first. I do not know about the battery life because I have not had them long enough. They were a good purchase for me. Only unknown I needed larger ear tips to get the good sound, bass etc. we will see if they will still charge up in the case properly or not. I have to push them a little to get them to fit in the case all the way now but they seem to be charging. These are great earbuds. They have everything that I was looking for in wireless earbuds. They are not too heavy in my ears which is nice because I had to return some others I had bought because they were heavy and uncomfortable. The sound quality is great for both listening to music and for making calls. The battery life is another thing that I feel is great about this pair of earbuds. I could probably even say this is the best feature of them. After fully charging these earbuds after I received them, and taking them out around lunchtime, I was able to use them the rest of the night (till about 9:30pm). One feature I was also looking for when I purchased the earbuds was the ability to turn the earbuds off and on without using the case. These give me the ability to do that. I will say that the one thing I noticed while playing around with that feature was that it will first skip to the next/previous song before turning off. It has not affected me at all yet, but I am aware of it in case I am listening to an audiobook when next/previous may make more of a difference.
