Since I have been dealing with dry feet for most of my life, I feel I have tried a multitude of products and I will rank this one among the top lotions I have tried. It is true, you do see results in one use. Continued, regular use of this foot cream has given my the smoothest feet I recall having since I was a child. I am 100% pleased with the product. I did give the cream four stars for the "value for money" because I feel it is over priced for the amount of cream in the tube. However, since it works, I am sure I will be a repeat customer.

I found Dermatonics oatmeal foot moisturizer via a youtube video from a dermatologist. I used a foot peel and cream to remove dry skin & heals but my feet still felt so dry and rough. I use this after a shower with socks for the night and now my feet are feeling smooth and soft all the time. Ive also been rubbing the excess in my dry hands after my feet and they are also much softer and smoother looking. I work in healthcare, and washing 20-30x daily is very drying. I’ll definitely keep using this. So far, It works better than any other foot cream I’ve tried.

This was a great product. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is because this tube is SO small. I’ve gotten several different foot creams over the years and they were ALL much bigger than this tube except for the Kerasal. It’s very thick, very creamy, and very nice on the skin. It has a VERY slightly funky scent to it, (perfume free, so what do you expect [fragrance free skincare is often the best anyway]) but the smell is so small that you don’t notice it unless you’re TRYING very hard to see what it smells like on your fingertips after application. This is an exceptional pick for literally anyone as long as they are not concerned too terribly much about value for money.

I loved everything about the product! I wish i could show a before and after a two weeks but it's my feet lol I can definitely see a difference. I would recommend this cream to anyone with dry cracked feet and dead skin. When I run out I'm getting some more

I got this because my feet have always smelled pretty bad and not only that, they are really sensitive to boots and what sucks is I work very long hours in boots. My Danners are not bad boots at all, it's the fact that I'm in them for over 15+ hours a day that makes them smelly and uncomfortable after a while, my feet need a break but I can't catch a lot of breaks. So I decided to look on The Great Amazon for an awesome product with very mixed reviews and this one struck me first. Small size, expensive price, all the stuff that'll steer you away. Well, I countersteered and I bought it. I have only used it once and guess what? I just worked 19 hours straight in my Danner's, applied this cream to my feet around 5 AM and clocked out at 12 AM. I have never felt so happy and less foot-smelly in my life after taking my socks off! Yes I still smell but it is so much bearable than it was before! In fact I can smell the cream a little bit so I know it's working. This is after one day! So I will be looking forward to updating this review around the two week mark. Remember, you get what you pay for! Package may be tiny but it's definetely mighty!

I feel as though this is quiete expensive considering the small amount of product you get. Does provide moisture barrier but a lot of other better bargained lotions do too. I say look elsewhere

This urea based cream is gently exfoliating and very moisturizing! After showering apply a generous amount as nightly foot mask! Top tip: put on light weight socks after pm application. In the am gently exfoliate the calloused bits w/ an Emory board, briefly wash feet with a wash cloth to remove flaky skin, then reapply a light layer of cream for daytime. After a few days of this routine your feet will be soft and post-pedi gorgeous! And your wallet will thank you!

Ordered this after seeing it referenced in a YOUTUBE video by a dermatologist for foot healing treatments. I had a ripped-up callous on my foot that would not heal well and kept peeling, very painful. I finally went to a dermatologist and spent $185 on the ridiculous amount of prescription cream she prescribed WHICH DID NOTHING AND DID NOT HELP. This stuff - IT DID help and after about a month, this is all healed up.

I suddenly developed unbelievably itchy feet. Following discussions with my doctor she said rather than antihistamine - just try a good cream. (i've also had all the relevant tests as itchy feet could be a sign of something more serious) I already had the Deramatonics heel cream so decided to try this. It is absolutely lovely and stops the itching almost immediately. It is quite thick and a little goes a long way. Very emollient and have used on itchy arms too. Then, i was telling my podiatrist and she said they also have found this very good and sell it now in their practice.

Fantastic product the whole range is perfect to use. It has helped a great deal with my foot condition. I discovered this product on a routine podiatry appt. It's amazing and great value for money.

I found this to be helpful for severely dry feet but not the holy grale! I use it then back it up by 'slugging' with vaseline. Then it helps :)
