Perfect running and nice sounding G string. This was the only string set so far that did not require any adjustment in the saddle to get perfectly in tune across all the neck.

Both sets of strings were 5 star once I found them. Amazon shipping packagers need to pack so that small items like Guitar Strings do not get lost in the packing material.

Excellent product

I restrung my classical guitar with this set. I've bought this brand before, but in this package, there are 2 G (#3) strings. One is clear nylon like the B (#2) and E (#1) string. The other is a composite string, still nylon looking, but beige, not clear. I used the composite G string. It sounds a bit richer than I remember after other restringings. One beef. The E (#6) string broke while I was tuning it. Probably my mistake, but I've done this dozens of times and never lost a string. I restrung my old E and i'll manage until i have to order another set.

More gentle on fingers

This is my second set of these. They outlast others by a long shot, and oh! What a rich sound! Crisp treble and rich bass! The set comes with 2 G strings: one sounds a little different than the other. I prefer the "New and improved" tan G string myself. I cannot imagine purchasing any other brand for my guitar.

Great value

Nice crisp and clean sounding strings, as the other reviewers already stated. Just beware that if you order these strings from Amazon it might take a while for them to arrive. I placed my order on a Monday. The strings where shipped with USPS Friday and finally arrived on Wednesday (9 days). Pretty poor Amazon performance I would say. And sorry to post this here - but unfortunately there is no Amazon seller rating available. Five stars for the strings though.

Great set of strings

Très bonnes cordes. La Sol apporte un peu plus. Son plus homogène dans les aigus. Très bien pour une table en epicéa.

Dieser Saitensatz hat zwei G-Saiten. Die sog. Compound-Saite klingt besser als die normale Nylonsaite.

I have used D'Addario EJ 26 for many years on my Ovation guitar, and find they give the best tone, for my ears. Tried these on my La Patrie "Concert" spanish style acoustic, and the tone is wonderful ! Sweet, rich & clear, and I think, worth the extra money.

Excelente, gran sustain que proyecta muy bien el sonido, excelente ataque, ya sea tocando suave o fuerte, responden muy bien amplificadas tanto a bajo como alto volumen, de lo mejor que he visto en su tipo. Tensión normal
