This bottle of Manuka Honey UMF 20+ has cured my sinus staph infection in the past. It was pretty incredible, since modern medicine was unable to help me at the time. Because doctors kept urging me to take antibiotics, I've become immune to them now. By the time I got to the end of that bottle, my severe sinus staph infection had just cowered into the darkness, and I was triumphant. It was pretty miraculous. If I'd simply skipped the doctors, ENT specialist, co-pays and meds that hurt my body, this would have been a much healthier, cheaper, more effective way to go.For skin infections, you can apply manuka honey to the area, and many people choose to blend it with manuka essential oil. The oil smells pretty horrible, but if you've got problems, it's worth it. For everyday maintenance and prevention, UMF 10+ or lower works well. For an infection, I'd use at least UMF 15+.The taste of this manuka honey is amazing and wonderful. I've tried other manuka honeys and none have matched the sweet, rich taste of Kiva's. I did notice a difference in the taste between the two UMFs. The UMF 20+ tastes stronger, slightly more medicinal, but it's still delicious. I found the UMF 15+ to have a slightly gentler, sweeter taste that I prefer. But since I'm dealing with a sinus infection now, I'm using the UMF 20+ jar.The rim around the plastic jar gets very sticky and it gets difficult to screw the top on straight. Be really careful not to spill the honey there, or make sure to lick or clean it up if you do. This will really help you later!Manuka Honey is one of the best medicines nature has to offer us. Please don't waste your money on the cheap bulk kind without any UMF rating! Got it today. I have peridontal problems from dental implants and psoriasis finally isolated to the palms of my hands. The jar is plastic, but it was packaged and sealed perfectly. The seal was so tight I had difficulty getting it off. The honey is creamy and sweet, tastes great. No off taste at all. I am using it several times a day, fractions of a teaspoon, to moisten and coat my mouth and gums. Also mixing some and applying several times a day to the palms of my hands. I am hopeful it will help Also watched a Youtube on the effectiveness of Oregano oil and its total antibacterial properties. Going to get some of that as well. Spendy but not as expensive as some of the products and is high potency. Fingers crossed.

This honey has great flavor and a nice, thick consistency. Manuka honey has great health benefits, too. I always keep some in stock.

I try to stay healthy naturally. I lived on antibiotics as a kid and it ruined my health. I react poorly to abx now even the odd time I have taken it. I now want to only ever use that as a last resort. Manuka honey is very powerful. I was very impressed with the reviewer on here with bronchitis so I bought a jar to keep in the house. This winter my five year old came down with a fever and was plastered to the couch, glazed over, didnt want to eat, even asked to turn a movie off!! I ran upstairs and gave him a half an eating spoon of this precious honey. I kid you not, in ten minutes, he sat up, started eating, asked to watch a movie, and was sitting up laughing with his brother about it. (And it isn't like we don't already take beneficial stuff like vitamin c, elderberry, vitamin d3, host defense medicinal mushrooms). I think this product is a must have. I have used Trader Joe manuka when ill before but I haven't been shocked at the immediate turn around or anything though I'm sure it helped in its iwn way. This brand must be super strong.Btw another story about manuka.....My nephew had a piece of wood in the side of his foot....got infected. His dad made a drawing salve of manuka honey, charcoal and clay and packed the site. The next morning, they found a ONE INCH SLIVER OF WOOD had been drawn out. His foot is fine now. It is very expensive though so keep it for more serious needs. A little does go a long way because it is very very thick and creamy.

I love the product. This is the first time I have ordered through Amazon. Upon receipt, I noticed the inner seal was not completely sealed, but it didn't appear to have leaked outside the jar. The product itself was amber in color and liquidy, with quite a bit of granular particles or crystallization present. The product itself is effective for sinus issues/infection, energy, and effective minor wound healing on the face. I have suffered from chronic sinus infections for years, with prescription antibiotics not improving my condition. Recently, I have been experiencing a deterioration with my oral health, so I turned to Manuka honey 20+ for it healing benefits, to take care of the sinus, oral health conditions, and improve the quality of my life. The products are expensive, but I find spending on natural products that improve health conditions keep me from going to the Dr. and gamble whether my condition will improve or not. To sum it up, the sinus condition has improved, with less inflammation and facial swelling, allergies are less noticeable (decrease in sneezing, nasal discharge, itchy eyes), and the gums in my mouth are improving color-wise, changing from a purple-red to a healthier coral color. I normally take this by teaspoon fulls twice daily, and rub some of the honey on my gums to treat the discomfort. I have been using the honey for two weeks now, so I'm hoping I'll see more improvements as time passes.

Great quality taste great and even held a wound with it.I usually take a table spoon of it a day. It is expensive though.
