The 8Mx1.25 bit worked for me and got the job done. Best $12.99 I could have spent to drill and tap my damaged threads on the vehicle. I took my time (by hand) to slowly let the bit do its job. When the bit got snug, I worked the bit back and forth to loosen and shavings out of the way. After getting through, I backed out the bit without a problem. I chased the threads with a matching thread bolt and then then with the replacement automotive part.The thread tap portion of the bit had two spots where the bit chipped off. Both missing portions were on the trailing edge of the threads. You try to figure that out. I'm not sure but I would have expected the leading edge of the tap to take more pressure. My application was on a body part and not a engine. Any metal shavings were not going to be an issue. In my case, the chipped bit fragments were also not an issue.A great value for price but the user may want to know that the material seems brittle. A lot of other buyers have had issues with more catastrophic bit failures. Take your time and have a back but plan in case the bit fails. The Seller is also VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND REPLACE THE DAMAGED BIT. I will upgrade my over all rating for this transaction but the durability rating will have to remain at 3 stars.

Pleasantly surprised, worked as expected. You should use cutting oil, go slow and straight. Let the bit do the work. Great value I only needed one size and this kit was half the price of one bit I could buy locally.

I was able to drill and tap some holes in about 8mm aluminum with the M6 bit. I predrilled a 1/8” hole and used the M6 combo bit to drill and tap. Be generous with cutting fluid/oil and everything will come out smoothly

I was really disappointed in these as when I used one, the very first time, it snapped off inside the piece I was trying to drill through, completely ruining the piece as well. The drill bit is lodged in so tightly it is impossible to remove without tearing apart the piece it is in. I’m really disappointed

YOU MUST USE CUTTING FLUID or WD40 ... you will snap these in half if you dont. Company stands behind their product and replaced a broken bit free of charge. I snapped one of these even with cutting fluid so be VERY careful.Ended up purchasing the Stainless set from the same company just because they are a stand up establishment. Thank you.

M6 x 1 broke on the first hole, didn’t even finish the hole. I was tapping 1/8” flat bar, I guess these are made for 1/16” or sheet metal

Was working on a project and broke a bolt for the bumper assembly on my van. I had to drill out what was left of the bolt and as a result needed to retap the threads so I could put it all back together. That's where these bits come in. These bits are beyond awesome. After 20 to 30 minutes of slow drilling they not only cleaned out the hole but also left perfect threads for the replacement bolt. Very happy with these bits they got the job done and done right. After use there is visible ware on the bits as is to be expected. I'll likely be able to get multiple uses from the set. Would definitely recommend for similar projects. And remember, go slow don't rush it this is a tool for thread work and you want to do it right if you are going to do it, so take your time.

良いですよ！切削油使用しながら使えば10ミリの鉄板も余裕！下穴は先端と同径か小さめ。あまり小さいとイラつく W先端の切り先が弱いけど研げるからまぁ良し。
