Great door mounted exercise hook. I use it at three locations on the door (top, bottom and side). Fits the door perfect, is easy to move and does not leave any marks on the door. Very study, supports me at 190 lbs. my teenage son also has been using it since we can’t get to the gym. We use it with elastic exercise bands and straps for body weight workouts. Great product. Highly recommend.

The anchor gym door mini was everything I expected: compact, easy to install and move/reposition based on the type of exercise you want to do. It worked great with my two inch wide Spoband and the H1 held firm when I put heavy pressure on the band. I have a wall mounted H1 anchor system, but I like being able to move the mount anywhere inside or outside the house. I tried the H1 on two different width doors - no problem fitting. On some inside doors which have a stop, you may not be able to close door all the way when mounted on top or side but had no problem mounting anywhere along the door bottom. Looking forward to my first trip and being able to take my home gym on the road. Nice product, surprised they didn't think of it sooner.

I have been using resistance bands and Gorilla Bow at home during the pandemic while gyms are closed, and had been using a loop type of door anchor to attach the bands. It would slow things down and make it difficult to use the Bow. I purchased this anchor and was impressed with how easy it is to use and attach to all sides of the door. There is padding to ensure that no damage is done to your door. You can quickly and easily loop bands around the hook and it is very sturdy. I would highly recommend it.

does not fit any of my doors as all have stops. Can use on for lower half exercises but not ones up high,If have door stops most likely won't fit...........

I was hesitant with how small and compact this door mount was but I am impressed. I am about 260 pounds and work out with bands that range from 40 to 100 pounds with no issues so far haha. :)

I love this thing, it made my life a lot easier doing PT at home, but I had to cut part of my door stop so it would close with the mini attached to it.

Great quality! Wish it were a little thinner. My door can't close with these on but it still allows me to use them with my resistance bands. Love the hook design so I don't need to mess with weaving my bands through loops anymore. Game changer.

U had to return this item because it did not fit my door.This is a pretty solid piece and could be attached to door snugly. It was just too thick preventing me from closing door. I was disappointed because this would have worked much better than the anchor that came with my resistance band.

I like that this was on a discount from it's previous price. Once fitted to the door it stays in place. I have checked it several times but it didn't need and adjustments. It works better than expected.
