I am a plus size woman and I usually wear between an 18 or 20 in a skirt or pants. I ordered this in a XXL and it fit perfect, in fact it's a little loose but I'm good with this size. The colors are bright and vibrant, the fabric is very shiny almost a silky texture. If you don't like bold colors this is not the skirt for you. I love the pockets and the elastic waist in the back of the skirt makes it easy to get on and off and it's very comfortable. I am 5'6 1/2" tall and in my bare feet the skirt drags the floor. I think with a small heel it should be fine.
