Absolutely delicious. So glad I found this.Mixed a bit with some unsalted butter and a bit of Dijon mustard and black pepper and had a wonderful glace for my steak at a very reasonable price.

Great product

Minors makes great products. I love their Brown stock and chicken base. This Demi Glacé is ok but not the nectar of the gods. I read another review recommending “Savory Choice beef demi-glace”. Don’t be fooled by this review that must have been created by the “ Savory Choice” company. I tried this product recently and it tastes horrible.If you want to try and make an excellent steak sauce get some Minors Brown stock from FoodServiceDirect.comA McDonald’s Double Cheeseburger tastes way better than Savory Choice. I warned you!

**Review: Tasty and Stays Fresh**I’m really pleased with this product! It tastes great and stays fresh in the refrigerator without any issues. It’s nice to have something that not only tastes good but also maintains its quality over time. Definitely a solid addition to my steaks!

I have ordered this previously and it was delicious! This time it was sealed but had a white layer over the top of it and smelled awful! I took a taste and threw it away. Very disappointed as it isn't cheap!

So I've been on a quest to make the best Au Jus available for french dip sandwiches. I really like some of the past versions that Arby's sold, but they constantly change suppliers so the quality there varies. I initially bought some of the Minor's Au Jus concentrate which is great stuff and makes a good Au Jus, but I still felt it could be improved. I bought the Demi Glace concentrate on a whim and noticed some subtle flavors that would be great in a Jus. After some experimentation, my awesome Au Jus recipe is to place 2 cups of water in a small pan on the stove. Add 2 tablespoons of the Demi Glace concentrate, and 1 tablespoon plus 3/4 teaspoon of the Minor's Au Jus concentrate. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes to get everything combined and let the flavors mix. My goodness this is great stuff, you'll want to dunk anything you can get your hands on into this. I've been known to just take a piece of bread and dunk away. The Demi Glace concentrate adds some great flavors and some needed fat to the Au Jus concentrate. Together they create a Jus that's better than any I've had in a restaurant.
