Sport Sled

Awesome sled. Big and heavy duty. Hauls a couple bags of decoys and a layout blind and a blind bag and a gun no problem. Get yourself one of those chest harnesses for those weight dragging workouts and hook it to the pull cord of this sled. You will step up your game and haul allot in this thing very easily.

Well made intended use is to pull deer out of woods after harvesting. This product works perfectly for the purpose and appears to be well made and durable. Have utilized it once this year so limited usage but worked fantastic, much less effort compared to manually dragging one out.

I have used this sled daily on my small acreage. My place receives many feet of snow each winter and I used to try to carry a bale out further and further so the horses would keep the snow knocked down and I could feed on the snow, not in several feet of snow. I also now use it on the bare ground in all seasons that I feed hay. I also use it to pull the wood cut from trees around me to take the cut wood to the house. ABSOLUTE NECESSITY. VERSITILE Farm and hunting sled. I LOVE this sled. I have taken it hunting to sled deer/elk out and can also put gas cans, etc in it and store under the trailer up hunting (fill with items to get out to the weather, pull it out for easy access to all stored in it) when not using it to retrieve game. It has been thrown, fallen over embankments, and had horses step in it. After 9 yrs has one small crack that after 2 years has never spread. I replaced the rope once. This is a must buy ** from a senior citizen lady that has put it through the test. I feel like it is so necessary that I should buy a 2nd one for the lower barn. I take cat food, dog food, salt blocks, T-post, wooden railsand jacks for jack fencing, railroad ties, etc from the house to the lower barn which is a steep hill and about 350 ft from the house. One caution is when full and pulling down a snowy hill place it to the side of you, or it will run ya over. .

This sled arrived yesterday. It's made of hard plastic and seems durable. I bought it to give to someone else so I don't know how it's going to hold up yet. I gave it four stars due to how the rope to pull it attaches to the sled. On each side of the front of the sled there are two holes approximately 1/4 inch in diameter. It appears that the pulling rope goes through each hole then is affixed in some way (knotted?) on the inside of the sled. Time will tell if this system works okay. If it does, I will revise my review.

This sled worked great to haul our ice fishing gear and shanty down to the lake! Not too bulky but big enough to fit what we needed.

Perfect size to load with our pop up shanty and tip ups for ice fishing. Solid material. Easy to pull.

Very simple but effective.

I have been using these Beavertail sleds for close to ten years now. I use to drag my tools around crawl spaces, pulling rock for french drain projects, sledding in the snow, these sleds are tough! I have pulled them behind fourwheelers, and at times have thought, this is too much, this is going to tear the sled up, but nope, each and every time, they have stood up to whatever task I have presented them with. Can't recommend them enough!
