What I did find, is that there was no discussion about how elector-magnets control bullet trains and the Tower of Terror at Walt Disney World. There are a lot of "old-fashioned" inventors like Newton, Watt, Boyle, Franklin, Einstein, etc... The author does intermix some modern day examples and photos, so the reader does not get bored with "old history inventions that we don't use today." Overall, I really love this book. It could help young inventors to persevere in their work, and be inspired.
