This is such a helpful Bible. The NLT translation is so easy to understand. Many people have picked mine up and after reading have said they’ve never understood the Bible so easily as with this translation. I now gift it frequently.

I haven't used this Bible much but I like the way the Index is broken down. There are also application notes within the Bible text where appropriate.

Love this bible. It is really easy to read, has lots of good points in the Help Finder portion. Plus I love the introductions to each book of the Bible. The only thing I wish was different was that the page numbers were at the bottom of each page, they are at the top inward so that you can't locate them easily. Each book name is at the top but you have to open each page fully to see the page number.

I had ordered this same Bible for me. I was up at my daughters house when I received it. As I was reading thru it I came across a section that I felt might help my daughter. She lost her husband in January. It did help her and she shared with her widows group she belongs to. It helped some of them also. As I was reading thru the Bible I just got this strong feeling that I should leave that book with her. Which I did and then ordered this one for me. Very helpful. So glad I ordered it.

368 pages of Bible scriptures that can help us get through some very difficult times in our life. This Bible is perfect for someone that is going through something they can just flip through these pages and there is always something there that will help them understand the Bible better.

This NLT translation is quite readable, really great for teenagers or people reading the Bible for the first time.There are some curious changes in the translation, so I do keep a KJV next to me to read the “original” text.I appreciate the insights given& the design focused on the Bible offering help.

Everything is great with this book, i like to give it as a gift to my divorce clients, mostly mothers and I am going to purchase more today. The only dissapointment was they were left on my doorstep in the rain and I had to dry out the box. If your going to give me a courtesy discount, now would be the time to do so. :)
