The Best Remote Cart Around!
This is the 3rd Remote Cart that I have used in the past few years and it is by far the best one! The remote has an amazing range and works right every time (a problem with other carts). It also is very stable - my Bat Caddy VR4 tipped over often, so stability is a wonderful feature. For me, it makes golfing so much more fun and is so much easier on my back! I walk 18 holes 5 days a week and this cart can easily be charged every other round. I had read that the remote batteries did not last long but I didn't have to change mine for over 6 weeks (30 rounds). I love the trolley mode as well and unlike some other remote carts, if you start it in trolley mode, it can be overridden and controlled by the remote with ease. Also, the Slope Control is awesome! I would buy this cart again and have recommended it to all of my friends. Best Cart Ever!

Fantastic
I bought this cart based solely on the numerous positive reviews ( no negs ) and was not disappointed! Easy to use, easy to program the remote, worked exactly as advertised ( owners YouTube video ) and is sooo much fun to drive around the course! Looks better in person, and the extras (especially the storage bag) are a plus.

Highly disappointing
This hurts me to write this, because I REALLY wanted to like this cart. Sadly, I was not even able to use it one time before I returned it, for the following reasons:1. The scorecard holder is flimsier than a dollar store kids toy. The hinge on the cover broke off the first time I flipped it open to put a scorecard in.2. The bungee retainer system is poorly designed. Every other cart I've used has a bungee on both sides, with a clasp on each bungee that meets in the middle. This one has a single bungee that pulls from one side to the other with a plastic catch hook on the side to attach the loop of the bungee to. I'm not sure if would lead to twisting of the bag because of the uneven tension pulling from one side to the other. The reason I wasn't able to find out, was the first time I attached the bungee to the hook on the upper bag bracket (in the parking lot prior to first use) I attached it, turned to my truck to grab something out of it and heard the bungee snap back. I found that the bungee catch was supposedly supposed to be screwed into the end of the bracket but it was sent into orbit (or at least across the parking lot). No idea where it ended up.3. The bag rest brackets are in the shape of an extremely wide "V". While it says in the manual that a cart bag is recommended, you will find it virtually impossible to use anything BUT a cart bag. I have a hybrid cart/stand bag and there is no way the bag would have stayed stable on the bracket without twisting or falling over. I can only assume this is because CartTek conveniently sells an accompanying cart bag.In summary, two things broke before I even used it once and I didn't want to pony up another $200-300 for a cart bag. Sadly, returned for refund.

NIce product with a couple of flaws
I've gone back and forth between three and four stars but due to the flaws noted below, I decided on three stars. I've played about 15 rounds with the cart and in general it works well and is easy to use, but I've found three annoying flaws. One, the elastic cords that hold the bag in place are not adjustable as the cords on a Click Gear (for example.) This hasn't been a problem so far, but I can see how it could be in the future and it is certainly a feature that I think should be on the cart. In a related matter, it appears that if the lower cord needs replacing, one must thread the replacement cord through the bottom channel, push it through the hole in the ball, and then tie a knot small enough to fit the the hole in the ball, but not small enough to slip through. For the price of this cart, there should be a better system for this lower cord. The most troubling flaw is that there is no on-course indication of how much charge is remaining. I find this to be a serious defect and I probably would probably have looked more seriously at other carts had I realized this before my purchase. Also, the charger only shows a red light during charging and a green light when the charge is completed. I know a meter showing the remaining charge on the battery can be purchased separately, but I am aware of electric cart systems that cost much less that this one that have features showing remaining charge during a round and status during charging.I will add that I have had two or three occasions to contact customer service and they have been prompt, professional, and helpful. In short, a good product with a small number of significant flaws. I'm not unhappy with the purchase, but I probably should have done a little more research on other items before I bought this one.

It works very well on all inclines and declines. It is very stable and the remote is a key feature.
I really enjoyed being able to just walk the course in an upright position and not hunched over a push cart. Also, the remote is a very convenient feature.

Good for flat course, difficult on hilly course.
I've used the cart for 5 rounds. In general it works well, but I'm not blown away. Here are a few comments...- Slope control isn't exactly controlled. If I don't significantly reduce the speed when going down hill, the cart would fly. I typically use the factory preset 1 or 2 when going downhill.- When going uphill, I have to significantly increase the speed to keep the cart in front of me. I start at factory preset 4, then increase speed from there.- Steering when going uphill is difficult to control. I have a cart bag, added bottles of water, 2 dozen extra balls, 2 sets of raingear, umbrella, etc.‐ Any significant turn brings the cart nearly to a stop.- The clip to hold the remote isn't very strong. The remote falls off easily.I think this cart would work well on a fairly flat course. For my course (which is hilly), it's somewhat difficult and not ideal.**UPDATE** While everything I said above is true, when I used this cart on a flatter course, the experience was excellent. I've also learned a few tricks and how to better manage the quirks. It's not the carts fault that my course is extremely hilly. Changing my rating from 3 to 4.
