Due to the stay-at-home orders and border closures, we have been forced to search for a new coffee source since we can’t get to Montreal. During a recent Amazon search I found this organic decaf whole-bean coffee, so after reading other reviews, I decided to try a bag. Wow! What a lucky find!! This coffee is exactly as described...medium-dark roast (which proved very flavorful), extremely fresh, water-processed decaf, PLUS it’s a fair trade product sold at a fair price. Our order arrived promptly (even with the recent delays due to the Covid virus) and was well packaged. As soon as I opened the package, I was greeted with an amazing, rich aroma, and the cup of coffee it produced was equally delicious. Some reviewers expressed reservations since this coffee is not “Swiss Water Processed; however, I am unsure how much of a negative issue this is, but it certainly doesn’t impact the quality of this particular brew. We grind our beans rather fine as we brew our coffee with a single size Melita filter, but I imagine any brew method would yield a great cup of coffee from these beans.
