Surprisingly great
Easy to make, good texture and actually tastes like chocolate. I reccomend adding and extra 10ml of water which makes it less dry and doesn't impact its "baking". It's nice to have a quick and easy snack with a good amount of fibre and protien.

Deserves a Paul Hollywood handshake!
Great dark rich taste not too sweet, fills you up for the whole morning! I usually have overnight oats each morning but as the weather is getting colder I wanted something warm, quick and filling. I've brought Fuel 10K granola before and enjoyed it, so seeing this product by them I thought I'd try it out too. Its surprisingly low in sugar and cals despite its appearance, while offering up a whopping 11g of protein. Its a great brekkie that can be thrown into your work bag and made later or cooked at home and eaten on the go/ at the office etc. You can have it on its own or pair it with some fruit like a banana or some berries. The texture is great light and fluffy, only criticism is its a little dry, but with a coffee on the side it's not really an issue. I was a little disappointed that it deflated once I removed it from the microwave but it's to be expected due to how its cooked. On the instructions it says to cook for 50sec at 800 but I found it needed a bit longer/ open the door a few times to stop over spill. Still very quick and low maintenance. They work out at about £1 each which I think is good value considering you'd probably pay double that in a supermarket for similar.

Not as sweat
Easy to make, good macros, and suitable for adding in some proteins. The big negative, at least in my opinion, is that it tastes gross. When I had it for the first time, it was genuinely bad. I came back to them a month later and simply added 0 calories, 5g of sweetener, and a bit of white chocolate bits. Mixed it all and did it in the microwave, and then it was AMAZING.

Just great, they tick all the boxes!
I really love these. If you're tracking calories, you won't find a more filling, chocolatey and satisfying desert for 170kcals. If you're grabbing one for breakfast, they do the job. If you're into fitness, they have a decent amount of protein in and if you're on the go, they are fast and simple to make. Nice and spongy and moist. I tend to add slightly more water than instructed to get a bit of extra gooeyness on top. Not such a big fan of the banana version, but the Double Chocolate is superb. I'm on my third box.

Doesn't look like the packaging, but tastes great and filling!
I don't really care about the aesthetics of a glorified microwave mug cake, as I devour it too quickly for it to matter, but if you do care about that sort of thing it doesn't look like a muffin in the pot. That said, it's very tasty and makes for a great brunch - especially if you like to put some squirty cream on it too like I do for an extra 80 cals. First time I made it, I thought it was pretty dry - but that's my own fault for putting it on for 60 seconds instead of 50. It makes a huge difference! Put it on for 50 and even if the top looks slightly underdone, it'll keep cooking for 30 seconds or so afterwards and be absolutely perfect.

No solution to damaged items
Love the pots but one was open and went everywhere when I opened the box, my issue is that they don’t have any resolution, you will be sent in circles in the complaints section.

Smells good, tastes poor
Handy little protein snack which I've been taking to work and making on my break. It takes only a couple minutes to make, and smells amazing when you are mixing it. Sadly, when it is cooked (microwaved), the taste I found was weak, and nothing like chocolate. It seems the cooking process changes the taste/smell dramatically. Doesn't taste like a chocolate muffin, but it is an O.K. snack which apparently has some good protein in. However, I think I will stick with protein bars from now on as they have the same or less price, same protein/calories, less faff, and better taste.
